The materials and identity are inextricably linked: the structure is the architecture, and the materials define the identity. The facade, with its composition of circular bricks, stucco, and openings, and donor steel for a lightweight structure, demonstrate that a sustainable office building doesn’t have to look dull or entirely glazed; instead, it can have a strong urban presence.
