Project DAF house

De Hoofden is a collaborative housing project in Amsterdam co-designed by future residents and four architecture firms – BETA, de Architekten Cie., Architectuurcentrale Thijs Asselbergs, and Marc Koehler Architects. Delivered as raw, flexible lofts, the building enabled full customization and fostered a strong self-built community, earning international acclaim for its innovative co-housing model.
